You’ve probably heard about a raw food lifestyle and maybe you’ve tried adding a few bits in. Maybe you’re fine with eating more raw food in the warmer months but when it's colder, you love stews, apple crumble and the thought of raw food doesn’t really get you excited.

The trouble is that it's very easy to get out of the raw food habit, so when we we start to feel sluggish and tired, the cooked treats seem to snowball - and then we feel even more sluggish...and so the spiral continues.

Maybe you enjoy your comfort foods, a glass of wine, meals out, bread, pasta, chocolate and making food for friends and you can't imagine that raw food could be comfort food.

So, you may be wondering if this series of workshops is going to be worth your time because you're just not that sure if raw food is for you, especially when it's cold.....

**  Have you have resigned yourself to always feeling just a little bit less vibrant and energetic in the winter?

** Are you are happy with the cycle of having to start from scratch every time you want to get on the raw food wagon and wish you could continue on a more even keel?

** You are happy to continually size-up your clothing (those elasticated waistbands have a certain ‘chic’, right?)

Why not resolve to create a better future for yourself. It can start NOW....

The unmissable workshop to end your energy dips FOR GOOD !
