Crumble - everyone loves crumble and you will be making a classic in this masterclass.
Toffee sauce - perfect for pouring over puddings - or straight off the spoon.
Vanilla Gelato – a silky smooth dairy-free vanilla gelato that works so well with the warm crumble and toffee sauce.
Plus, you’ll have all the technical know-how, shopping list and recipes and a download of the video to watch again after the live zoom if you wish.

No, this masterclass is structured so that you can either cook-a-long or watch the downloadable recording and then replicate the recipes. You will need access to the internet. All the materials are downloadable. Course lifetime access.
You’ll need a blender, a food processor, a knife, mandolin or vegetable peeler, a nut milk bag - and other equipment that you will probably have in your kitchen. A mortar and pestle is helpful - or a potato masher and ceramic pie dish works fine too. There is a dedicated lesson to ask questions throughout the masterclass. Quite a few people asked questions during the recording so you might find that your questions have been answered. There is a dedicated community discussion board and lesson for you to ask questions of Deborah and take part in chats with your fellow participants.
