Eating more raw plants can make us feel good, lifting our mood as the daylight dwindles. However, sometimes it can be a struggle to get the raw food glow when the weather gets chilly.

Coconut rice - a great rice alternative that hits the spot when you want something comforting.

Banana ketchup - a quick fruity condiment to add a new dimension to a wintery dish.

Crumble - everyone loves crumble and you will be making a classic in this masterclass.

Toffee sauce - perfect for pouring over puddings  - or straight off the spoon.

Vanilla Gelato – a silky smooth dairy-free vanilla gelato that works so well with the warm crumble and toffee sauce.
